Design and Implementation of ATS Based on ATML

To implement interchangeability of instruments and reuse of TPS(test program sets) is the develop trend of ATS(automatic test system).Also in order to develop and use the ATE(automatic test equipment) products effectively and save the cost,it is necessary to share the test information and data among the enterprises and users.The design and implementation of ATS based on ATML(automatic test makeup language),a new XML-based standard for ATE information and data exchange,are introduced briefly.
