Hijacking of Olympic champion domain name and legal regulation

Hijacking of Olympic champion name domain in 2004 indicated that with the hosting of the Beijing Olympic Games and the wide use of the Chinese domain name,the protection of Olympic champion domain name is urgent.However,compared with the fast development of network technology,the legislation of the domain name lags behind.In this paper,the author proposes that the basic sports laws and cross-disciplinary laws to regulate the hijacking of the Olympic champion domain name.
