Note About Cryptanalysis of Short RSA Secret Exponents

The paper aimes at the application of the RSA cryptosystem on the field of business,bank,and Internet information safety.It bases on M.Wiener's work on the cryptanalysis of short RSA secret exponents,the condition including public key and private key has been found.The safety of the RSA cryptosystem on this condition has been analyzed.Theory B has been given,which includs the results of M.Wiener's work.
