Based on implementation practice of Supply Chain Management System in Electronic instrument industry,this paper analyzed the speciality of electronic meter industry and problem in and issues came from production management.By adopting ASP function modules,it summarized the major functionalities of Supply Chain Management System applied in Electronic instrument industry and applications in solving the problem,as well as how it can improve enterprise's competition capability.
