The change of evidence law originated from scientific and technological revolution,is leading us to comprehensively open the age of the sophisticated technology.Owing to its high probative force but confined to the property of the lack of refuting itself,the high-tech evidence in two parties'evidence chain has a strong dilution effect both inside and outside,and thus has proved the phenomenon that one with all there is,one without all no.Check it by considering the high-tech evidence's potential and highly explosive risk,and advocating the introduction of risking amendments.
