Editors of sci-tech journals should strengthen the service consciousness for authors

The service consciousness is the professional qualifications and the basic working requirements for the editors of sci-tech journals. The editor's service consciousness for authors is weakening nowadays. This paper analyzes the reasons,clarifies the consequent results,and appeals that the editors of sci-tech journals should strengthen their service consciousness for the authors. Specific measures are proposed to improve the service consciousness.
