The Monitor System in the Process of Butyl Rubber Plugs Based on CC-LINK and IFIX

This paper introduces a real-time monitoring method of butyl rubber plugs with adoption of configuration software IFIX through CC-Link and industrial Ethernet. On the basis of analysis of the whole monitoring system hardware structure, it describes the CC-Link network and Ethernet network and configuration in detail. What’s more, the design of the PC monitor screen is completed. Practice has proved that the system is safe and reliable and able to achieve real-time monitoring.
