Observer-Based Memoryless Stabilization of Uncertain Systems with State Delay

In this note,we present an observer-based memoryless stabilization approach for a class of delayed uncertain systems by using linear matrix inequalities (LMI) method. The uncertainty is unknown but satisfies the matching conditions. It is shown that the construction of the memoryless stabilizing controller involves solving two linear matrix inequalities.
