Copyright Getting Model of Google Digital Library and its Inspiration to China

This paper discusses the challenges between digital libraries and copyright law,includes the problems of fair use,implied permission,copy and right of communication.Analyses the copyright getting model of opt-out and implied permission of Google digital library.The conclusion is that the behavior of digitalization and network communication is belong to the behavior of fair use,and proposes that we should implement the system of implied permission.
