Research of A Step-by-Step CPM Base on Resource-Constrained

Aimed at the limitation of me present critical path metgod(CPM)and different schedule arranging metho under resource-constrained.This study proposes a steo-by-step resource-constrained CPM to consider those resource relationships,it can identify real floats and correct critical paths.The method also can recognize alternacive activity schedules and provide a stable schedule with progress updates.
