A PrimeTime Analysis Methodology-Creating Timing Models

Creating Timing Models is an effective Static Timing analysis methodology. This paper describes a bottom-up compile strategy realization of it. We discuss the idea and realization detail of the method. We describe in detail Creating Timing Models problems of Extracted Timing Models arising from it, and the realization of them so as to apply the technique to the typical SoC design flow, making it more effective.
