The Evaluation of Open Access Repositories Based on All-around Evaluation System

The development of open access repositories is growing rapidly. In order to help users identify the open access repositories of high-quality,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system for it. The authors study the subject,object,aim,criteria,indexes,methods and rules of open access repositories evaluation by the all-around evaluation system, and establish the evaluation system to assess the forms, content and effectiveness of open access repositories.
