An model with Entropy Coefficients of evaluation for Teachers' comprehensive qualities

In this paper we study on the main factors about teachers'comprehensive qualities and an model with entropy coeffi- cients of evaluation for Teachers'comprehensive qualities is established.Based on comprehensive judgment and calculation,the teachers'comprehensive qualities can be represented by a number between 0 and 1,so as to make judgment more effective and more equitable.
