Information Scientific Architecture is not only a result of understanding and explaining of information phenomenon,at the same time also it has explain functions for the information phenomenon.At home and abroad on the information scientific hermeneutics studies focus on information processing,information technology,information science theoretical research,mainly it is that the relevance of information process and human understanding and interpretation process are acquainted with the methodology of hermeneutics,as well as the technical problems of information system design.Also the structure of information science systems needed to be researched.
