This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for oilfield development programming project based on BP neural network and its principles.It describes the structure of the BP neural network,the normalization of evaluation index and the implementation process of this method in computers.In the end,an application example of this method used in comprehensive evaluation of oilfield development programming project is given.
