To guarantee the integrality and authenticity of transaction information in the network transaction model based on digital signature, a network security transaction model combining semi-fragile watermarking, steganographia and encryption was proposed. The model realized the steganographia through directly revising the MP3Stego software package, constructed the RSA encryption algorithm on the encryption package-RSAEuro library, and selected transaction information coefficients randomly by using discrete cosine transform (DCT) under the control of encryption key. Watermarking was embedded on the basis of the parity of DCT right-bottom coefficients' summation. Experimental results show that the embedded watermarking signal is sensitive to distortion, and can withstand JPEG compression. Formalization proves that the identity and integrality authentications of the content are achieved, and the sender's denial and receiver's falsification can be avoided. Transaction information can be secretly and securely exchanged with each other in the internet.
