The contents and forms of editor work are constantly changing with time,and therefore according to the new changes of working form and activates of editors the minds of editors also need break up from traditional limits.It is necessary to strengthen the information and reform mind of editors according to the demands of the new era,to pursue distinguishing feature and change the identical face of university journals.
