Application of HSE Information System in CNPC

In the advancing process of HSE management system,there are many problems: management strategy is hard to be effectively implemented,management standards are hard to be unified,and system and management are inconsistent.Based on the development situation of HSE information system,this paper introduces the application of HSE information system to major petrochemical industries in China,and summarizes the important roles of HSE information system in the conversion of HSE management modes,the effective operation of HSE management system,the risk prevention of HSE and the improvement of HSE management level.The paper also presents the shortcomings and improvement suggestions of HSE information system,and points out that there will be a broad space for the development of HSE management information system by continuously tracking the demand of HSE management and transforming the new achievements of HSE management on time.
