Much data information with different format has been produced by using different software in enterprise,the information sharing is a key to enterprise data management.Analyses the distributed architectures of enterprise information system,discusses the features and developments of Web/COBRA technologies,puts forward the information integration projects based on network.At last,the application system frame is given.
