Predicting Internet Delay Based on Neural Network

The RBF neural network and Elman neural network are adopted to predict the Internet communication delay in this paper, simulate the prediction with Matlab, results prove that both RBF neural network and Elman neural network can provide a promising way to predict the Internet time-delay, The terms of time delay prediction are obtained by comparing the results of the simulation.
