The effects of disinfection technology between transient electromagnetic pulse and continuous microwave were compared.The mecha nism of the disinfection was analysed through electronic pulse and magnetic puls e.Based on this study,a new method of disinfection using electromagnetic pulse f or keeping food fresh is brought forward.
