Research on Motion Estimate and Compensation Algorithm of MPEG_4 CODEC
Xiaoling Wang · Computer Technology and Development · 2007
Focuses on the key technique of MPEG_4 CODEC.Studies and improves motion estimate and compensation algorithm.Based on of conventional motion estimate algorithm(MVFAST),put forwards a motion estimate algorithm and has been able to obtain a faster coding velocity under no decline in quality of the picture.
