Gray-Markov model for forecasting fire accidents

The gray-Markov is a forecast model which based on the coalescent between gray system and Markov chain.It not only bring into play the advantages of gray forecast and Markov model,but also solves the problem that low precision for forecasting of bigger fluctuation and random progression efficiently.The example shows that the precision of grey-Markov model for forecasting fire accidents is better than that of gray model(GM(1,1))and can be used for fire accidents forecast.
