Frequency of quotation is an important index to measure the social prominence and academic influence of a paper in document metrology.To increase frequency of quotation is in essence to improve the quality of an academic paper and to enhance the academic standard and international influence of a country (district) and a unit (individual).It is a sign of the originality of the paper.In order to increase the frequency of quotation,we should take both the objective factors and subjective efforts as the points of departure.As to the objective factor,it is critical to select a proper basic research team.As to the subjective efforts,it is most important to construct a proper basic research team.
