Design and Implementation of Topic-oriented Meta Search Engine

The selecting strategy of independent search engines(ISE) is the key to the topic-oriented meta search engine(MSE), the sequence of ISE affects the system performance directly. But it is difficult to evaluate ISE by detailed data, because every ISE are different in lots aspects and mutative with time’s going. The sequence can be changed dynamic with the change of ISE by the improved genetic algorithms (GA), it makes the system has good adaptability.
