Integration Policy of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project Portal System

The Information System of South- to- North Water Diversion middle route project contains many function surfaces; what’s more, there are still many systems which are built or being built. How to share and exchange data among these systems in a secure and conve- nient way turns to be a key problem. This paper proposes an integration method based on portal with SOA in serious concern of the char- acters and integration level demands of the systems to be integrated. It will work in user layer, businesss layer and data layer.
