Appraising Enterprise Information Resource Management

From the particular angle of value creating,an indexes system is established which can be used to appraise and analyze the level of enterprise's information resource management.It is an evaluation model by means of BP neural network.This paper can help enterprises improve their decision-making and managment ability,so that they can adopt more efficient methods to strengthen information management.
