A Survey on Self-similar Traffic Model for Networks

The latest results of researches on the modeling of self-similar traffics are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of these models are analyzed,and the complexity of building these models is discussed.Some research directions are given.The achieved conclusions may be useful in the self-similar traffic processing.
