The Calculation of LD_(50) in New Drugs with Software SPSS

AIM To introduce the application of software SPSS 10.0 in calculation of LD 50.[METHODS] The test data were taped and analyzed directly under the Windows condition.[RESULTS]The parameter estimates,probit analysis and line graphs in probit transformed respomses were output automatically.[CONCLUSION]The calculation of LD 50with SPSS is simple, rapid, visual and convenient.
