The design and realization of scientific research project management system

Along with the improvement of application level of computer and standardization and systematic procedure of scientific research management,it has been a pressing need for every scientific research department to set up a scientific research project management system.With Object Oriented idea it has designed and realized a scientific research project management system using Delphi and Database application development tools in this paper.Under this management system it can control the procedure of scientific research and follow the track of cost,schedule and function character,and may recognize and correct the errors when problems turn up.
