Liu Gigi · Jisuanji gongcheng · 2001
In todays world of networked embedded system, having access to the services and objects on a remote workstation is highly desirable. Embedded applications can be configured, controlled, and manipulated in a standardized manner from anywhere in the world through Internet by nearly any workstation through the use of embeddable desktop interface or distributed operating environment. In this paper a model for such a system will be discussed followed by a reference implementation and a sample data acquisition system.
