The VPN technology is used more and more widely nowadays, and the IPSec protocol has become the most easy expanding and most intact online security scheme because of its strong function. Some auxiliary mechanisms are discussed that VPN involves mainly. The VPN and its implementation are researched bases on the IP safety protocol architecture (IPSec). A scheme of VPN is proposed and designed based on QoS and IPSec.
