Based on the theory and practice in the software engineering, the paper designs a framework of Trackrecord-Based Software Defect Analysis and Statistic System. The quality has been the focus in software field for a long time. Software Defect Tracking technology is an important approach of software quality assurance. The paper mainly presents the application model solution of software defect measurement, selects the methods that analyse the software defect data and researchs the system architecture etc. Finally a whole solution can be founded.
