Enumerative Units and Quantity Scales:Discussing the Functional Types of Noun-Quantifiers

There are complexities among the temporary quantifiers,as which people regard them usually.From functional point of view,we can divide so-called temporary quantifiers into two types:Enumerative units and Quantity scales.Some of them are used as quantity scales,which still keep the main functions of nouns,so they are real temporary quantifiers,while others are used as enumerative units and we find no difference of common quantifiers.Actually they are formal quantifiers.On the whole,we hold the opinion that there is a distinction in the system of the noun-quantifier of Contemporary Chinese:enumerative units and quantity scales.
