The engineering design for large-scale DIP line

The paper introduces the matters in the engineering design and installation of the deinking pulp production line for newsprint with waste paper as raw material. Through the selection and configuration of drum-type pulper, high-low concentration sand separator and two-stage screening, two-stage floatation deinking and heat dispersion system, the requirements will be met for the lowering of waste paper quality, decrease of basis weight and the increase on the brightness of nesprint.
