Principle of Rigid Body is Widely Used in Molecular Dynamics Simulation Software

The principle of rigid body movement is widely used in many machines now,for example the movement of ships,aircraft, rockets,etc. But the research of molecular biology is known little. Based on the analysis of the molecular dynamics simulation software, the thesis explains that it does not only overcome the defects of the atomic simulation,but also guarantee the precision of calculation. The study of molecular biology has a great role in promoting.
