General Induce Ordered Weighted Averaging(GIOWA) Operator is a effective methodof collecting information.It has profound theory mean to fuzzy multiattribute decision making.In this paper, weight averaging the membership degree by the GIOWA operator.Then the ranking order of all alternatives is generated.Finally a numberical example is examined to show that the method is effective and practical.
