Because of the advantages and the disadvantages of ART and BP neural network applied in the field of fault diagnosis applications,combined with the advantages of good reasoning of expert system,ART2 and the parallel BP neural network are combinatorial optimized to be used in expert system.Taking Visual C++6.0 language as a software development environment,the expert system based on composite neural network is constructed.Finally,an application example is provided to verify that the system model is reasonable.
