In the light of the characteristics of software project management for Shaanxi Electric Power Information Telecommunication Corp.Ltd.,this paper gives a set of new methods of project performance management based on WBS,introduces the thought,ideas and management process of the methods,expounds its content and process,and explains its an actual application condition.
