Anti-capture key management protocol in WSN

Zhu Pei-dong · Jisuanji yingyong yanjiu · 2008

Because sensor nodes are often deposed in hostile areas, the keys and security algorithms can be understood by the enemies. So the key management has became the focus of research. This paper presented SELF,an anti-capture key management protocol.SELF required each node update the identity key of the node and the neighbor key between nodes and invalidate the old keys at given intervals. In this way, even if the enemy captured the sensor nodes, they could only get some old keys.SELF could prevent the enemy from pretending to be a legal node by making use of the keys of captured sensor nodes.
