Design of QoS ontology about dynamic web service selection

QoS of web service is important to dynamic web service selection.It makes web services to be readable,understandable and operationable by machine to use ontology to describe it,and make service composition automatic.QoS parameter about web service is analyzed,and OWL is used to design their ontology and new web service architecture.With the approach,the user can determine each other's service quality and select the most apposite web service.
