Theory analysis on volt-ammetry characteristic curves of diode

In this paper,the volt-ammetry characteristic curves of diode are analyzed in detail based on the PN junction conductivity principle.The experimental results of nonlinear resistor volt-ammetric characteristic curve are explained resonably.
