As a result of communication technology development,the production network language,also may be thought one kind ofthe dialect.Using the data bank technology,the multimedia technologies and the networking,establish the dialect language materials database,applying in the language recognition,reconnoitering the investigation for the public security organ to provide the assistance method,also may apply in the dialect recognition and the dialect language materials research.
