The development petroleum,the tubing/casing production line system of Measuring-Controlling and the management system are divided into the master control room and on-site control cabinet.It may complete the weighing of tubing/casing,to measure length and borehole diameter,control of tubing twister,the hydraulic pressure testing machine control and the production line control.The system carries on the data exchange through the Ethernet,coordinates each PC workstation by the server and controlled actuator movement.It may meet the requirement of 50,000 times a day for tubing/casing the production.In which,steel pipe weighing and length measure,and borehole diameter measure are with new innovation.
