The E-Business's Basis of Transaction Cost and its Development Obstacles

On the basis of analysis of transaction cost of e-busi ne ss and analysis of obstacles in the development of e-business in our country at present, the paper argues that the traditional commerce can not be replaced arg ues that the traditional commerce can not be replaced by e-business. The factor s of scarcity in ensure of physical transaction. Of lagging in construction of w ebsite's systems and of small scale of transaction have weaken its advantage and have stuck out its disadvantage specially the lack of credit guarantee, which w ill make it impossible for consumer to change their way of consumption easily.
