Cyber-culture is a new culture in modern society,whose superior vitality and influence have a broad and profound impact to the culture of contemporary campus life and the healthy growth of university students.So we should have a scientific attitude to survey it rationally and make positive response for its challenges.In this way,the campus culture can be developed healthily and the university students can be grown e smoothly.
