Feature Recognition Technology Study Based on NX Secondary Development

This paper describes the method and realization technology of feature recognition based on NX secondary development,emphasizes how to build the slot feature recognition knowledge library and the reasoning mechanism based on it,gives out a simple example and provides the solution for engineering application.Through analyzing the existing slot features,the knowledge library of slot feature is built in advance.The 3D geometric information can be abstracted from the non-parametric 3D part using the secondary development tool UF provided by NX software.On the basis of analyzing the 3D geometric information using the inference mechanism and matching with the existing features,the feature information of 3D model can be rebuilt.
