Based on the practical application of GIS(Geology Information System) through out the world,expounded the importance rural water conservancy management and decision-making system,also analyzed the system's target and the principles.The feasibility,structure and mostly function module of exploitation management and decision-making system for rural water conservancy based on GIS were introduced.Implement for rural water conservancy information management and aptitude analyse,consequently afford decision-making auspice for plan,construction,management and evalution of rural water conservancy.
