Liang Chang · Jisuanji fangzhen · 2011

Mobility model is the basis of all kinds of protocols and applications in the Ad Hoc network;and the node spatial probabilistic distribution is the most crucial parameter for the research of mobility models. The MRP mobility model is a pattern which has the characteristic of memory;Compared to other mobility models,it has significant advantages in the stability and the realistic movement of the mobility nodes. The spatial probabilistic distribution of MRP model was studied. Firstly, the spatial probabilistic distribution and the neighbor probability of nodes were proposed.Secondly, the impact of initial distances as well as transfer steps on the neighbor probabilities was discussed.Lastly, the node movement on two-dimensional area was briefly analyzed. The research result is of practical significance for simulations of Ad Hoc network based on the MRP model.
