400 MHz high resolution nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum was used firstly to analyze the microstructure of polyisoprene and polypentadiene,secondly to analyze the microstructure of isoprene-pentadiene copolymer,by which the analytical method of microstructure was established.
